About
Until January 2006, Ali was the European Sales, Marketing and Services Director at Samsung Business Communications. In this role he managed geographically dispersed operations in the UK and Europe. During his time at Samsung he revolutionised the UK operation whilst delivering significant sales growth throughout the European Union.
Prior to Samsung, Ali was the Global SME Product Director at Avaya Inc. (previously Lucent Technologies Inc.) responsible for Global SME products. During his tenure he lead the team responsible for the launch of IP Office globally, which went on to become the lead product for Avaya in SME space.
Ali’s experience of business re-engineering was gained during his leadership roles at Samsung, Avaya Inc. and Lucent Technolgies Inc. In these roles he was responsible for putting together strategies for a range of planned changes within his business units. Within both organisations he was also responsible for managing the implementation of a fundamental re-engineering of operations, human resources, skill base, product portfolio, pricing, and routes-to-market.
Ali is a business graduate from University of Leicester, with a number of post-graduate credits to his name including an MBA. He was a member of Institute of Directors (IoD) whilst living in the UK and acts as a ‘Wise Owl’ to a number of companies in a non-executive capacity.

Jason Rivero
About
Jason is a qualified lawyer with licence to practice in Spain and law degree from University of Malaga. He is fluent in Spanish and English, and specialises in Contracts, Conveyancing, and Residency in Spain.
Jason has a great eye for attention to details and is passionate about customer service, which is a rare quality in legal profession. He understands the legitimate concerns of anyone buying a property or business outside of their home country. He spends whatever length of time is needed to clarifying, reassure, and explain legal options in Spain, so that clients truly understand the implications, options, and legal remedies open to them.
His firm can also provide financial advice on how best structure client’s purchase, business, and tax arrangements. This ensures clients comply with Spanish taxation laws, and are not exposed to unexpected tax demands few years down the line.
His firm also provides professional advice for business owners in order to comply with Spanish tax regulations as well as ensuring they take advantage of any tax breaks or financially beneficial business structure.
Jason can organise Spanish non-residents as well as residents tax returns, wills, and other fiscal matters that can become complex and expensive if left unattended.
